Cancellation & Refund Policy
India Cinema House has instituted a refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund. India Cinema House expects that all Users will exercise due care and diligence while making payments.
India Cinema House will examine request for refund and may seek proper explanation and reason from the User. It may require further verification of the User and need documents of proof of identity and payment.India Cinema House is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund.
If you would like your payment to be refunded please contact us from our contact page. Your refund request must contain the details such as Date of payment, Mode of payment i.e. Credit Card or Online Payment and should be within 7 (Seven) days from the date on which you made the payment i.e.: the date on which you made the payment online, electronically or through any other means.
The refund process may take time 7 to 30 working days depending on the availability of the information from third parties such as Payment Gateway, Banks, etc. through which transaction is done.
You may encounter third-party applications (including, without limitation, websites, widgets, software, or other software utilities) (“Application(s)“) that interact with the India Cinema House service. These Applications may import data related to your account and activity and otherwise gather data from you. These Applications are provided solely as a convenience to you, and India Cinema House is not responsible for such Applications.
